The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Security
We offer secure online ordering to ensure your financial safety and
make online purchasing convenient and worry-free. However, we realize
that some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online. For this
reason, we provide our phone number 0845 408 4976 to place an order
with a spolit4choice customer service representative.
Payment options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and switch. Cheques are accepted on
orders received via mail.
Delivery
For UK mainland, delivery is fixed to £4.50 for all orders.
Please allow three to five working days for your orders to arrive. We
understand that you may need your supplies as a matter of urgency and
as such we will attempt at all times to provide a next day delivery
service.
Twister Duvet Cover Returns Policy
Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled
condition and in its original packing. Please contact us beforehand
if you wish any help with this process.
Your right to cancel an order - The United Kingdom’s Distance
Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order
at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day
after the day on which you received your products. You do not need to
give us any reason for cancellation. If you with to cancel an order

and quote your order reference number. Please note that a carriage charge
will be applied on returns unless the goods were delivered in a faulty

All prices quoted are in sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 17.5% unless
otherwise stated. Due to possible fluctuations in supplier price, we
reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions
excepted.
